Editorial Policy

This page explains how MenMedicalUS selects sources, reviews content before and after publication, and handles corrections. Our goal is to make it easy for readers to judge the reliability of what they're reading.

Source Selection

Factual claims are checked against publicly available, authoritative references, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, DailyMed (the National Library of Medicine's drug label database), MedlinePlus, Mayo Clinic, and the American Urological Association's patient resources. We link directly to these sources where relevant so readers can verify claims themselves.

Medical Review Process

Every clinical page is reviewed by a licensed pharmacist before it is published. Review checks dosage information, drug-interaction warnings, mechanism-of-action descriptions, and regulatory statements against current prescribing information. See our reviewer page for reviewer credentials.

Keeping Content Current

Prescribing information and regulatory guidance can change. Published pages are periodically re-checked against current sources, and each page displays the date it was last updated so readers know how recent the information is.

Independence

MenMedicalUS does not sell medication, is not a pharmacy, and does not accept payment for product placement or favorable coverage of any pharmacy, clinic, or prescribing service. Our content decisions are made independently of any commercial relationship.

Corrections

If you notice an error or outdated statement on any page, please let us know through our contact page. We review correction requests and update pages as warranted.

Editorial note: This policy describes our internal editorial process. It is not a guarantee of outcome and does not replace individualized medical advice from a licensed provider.
